 Seal coating protects your asphalt pavement from damaging effects of the sun and weather. When pavement ages, the asphalt binder used to hold the sand and stone together begins to break down. This causes the sand and stone to come out of the pavement and eventually deteriorate. Left untreated the asphalt will become rough and porous and will lose its flexibility. By seal coating your asphalt pavement every 2-3 years you will double the life span of your asphalt. A small investment now can save you thousands later.

 Pellin Asphalt LLC uses premium coal tar sealer that contains 48% to 52% solids. This premium commercial grade sealer is not available in retail stores. Our sealer is made up of refined coal tar, selected clays, sand water and emulsifiers. Sand will fill small imperfections in the asphalt and will give you extra traction. Additives can also be added to improve drying time, reduce power steering marks, and increase overall toughness of sealer.
