Sealcoating protects your asphalt pavement from damaging effects of the sun and weather. When pavement ages, the asphalt binder used to hold the sand and stone together begins to break down, causing the sand and stone to come out of the pavement and eventually deteriorate. Left untreated the asphalt will become rough and porous and will lose its flexibility. By sealcoating your asphalt pavement every 2-3 years you will double the lifespan of your asphalt. A small investment now can save you thousands later. Contact Pellin Asphalt L.L.C., in Imperial, Missouri for a free estimate.
